Your devs can't be the bottleneck in 2026.

Your devs can't be the bottleneck in 2026.

I'm Martin. AI is changing how engineering teams work — since early 2026, more than ever. I've been at the forefront: working AI-assisted since 2023, and building daily with agents like Claude Code for over a year. I help companies not fall behind.

Whether you're an engineer navigating the AI tool jungle, a decision-maker positioning your company for 2026, or someone trying to keep up with breakneck change — let's talk.

Workshop: Setting Up AI Agents With Your Engineering Team

Software development has changed more in the last few months than in the ten years before that. If you act now, you pull ahead. If you don't, you fall behind.

In a focused, hands-on workshop with your developers and leads, I'll walk you through:

  • what's happening right now with models and tools — and what it means for your work,
  • the fundamentals and concepts your team needs to use AI agents effectively and safely,
  • how to configure AI agents to fit your processes instead of forcing new ones on you,
  • and how to build workflows that still save you time and money a year from now.

No matter how much AI experience your team has: by the end of the workshop, they'll know exactly how to set up AI agent workflows for your projects — and they'll start the very next day. In a follow-up 2–4 weeks later, we review the results together, improve the workflows, and tackle any issues that came up.

Teams I've worked with have saved several hours of developer time per person per week within just a few weeks.

Here's how it works:

  1. Once you reach out, we'll have a quick intro call to get to know each other.
  2. Then we find a date — usually within two weeks.
  3. The workshop runs remotely over video call. Expect 4–5 hours plus breaks. Every participant gets a detailed handout covering everything from the workshop for easy reference. The follow-up after 2–4 weeks is included.

If you're not convinced after our intro call, no worries: no contract, no cost.

Overcome Capacity Bottlenecks

Software Engineering

Capacity bottleneck?

Failed offshore experiment?

Critical errors?

I'm happy to help, with many years of experience in various technologies and pragmatic software architecture.

I am productive from day one, guaranteed.

We'll discuss the job's mode of operation, scope, and payment during the interview.

What People Think About Me

”Martin often raised aspects in team discussions that no one had thought of before, which often led us to make better decisions. Hardly anyone listens as attentively as he does, nor can they explain complex things so clearly. Overall, he is an invaluable part of any team.”

Christian, Engineering Manager

OC Food Solutions GmbH

”No matter how complex the task was - if Martin took it on, you could be sure that it would not only be implemented properly, but also solved sustainably. […] He can explain technical decisions in a way that everyone can understand, quickly bringing teams to a common denominator.”

I'm still young — at least that's what people tell me. But you can add an entry here:

More About Me

LinkedIn

I talk quite a lot on LinkedIn. Basically about software engineering. Specifically about:

  • Software as a social discipline
  • Cost pitfalls
  • Opportunities and risks of AI as a tool
  • And sometimes about me

If you are not yet part of my network, I would love if you would connect with me!

iOS App: iana

My passion project: On the App Store since 2021. 100% crash-free.

Shuffle albums and generate playlists with Apple Music. It's free. It uses the modern Apple tech stack: SwiftUI, Swift Data, Swift Testing, async/await, Combine. Buzzwords!
